If you or your family member have had one of the following primary cancers, Bile Ducts, Bladder, Brain, Breast (male and female), Colon/Rectal, Esophagus, Gall Bladder, Kidney, Leukemia (other than CLL Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia), Liver (except if there is evidence of Cirrhosis or Hepatitis B), Lung, Multiple Myeloma, Nasal Pharynx, Lymphomas (other than Hodgkin's disease), Ovary, Pancreas, Renal, Salivary Gland, Small Intestine, Stomach, Throat, Thyroid or other lung illness like fibrosis, silicosis or pneumoconiosis or chronic beryllium disease within the last seventy years (even if a family member is deceased) or if you get cancer or one of these illnesses and you worked in one of the many nuclear weapons industry facilities or for one of its many contractors of subcontractors anywhere in the United States and were exposed to either radiation, beryllium or silica you may qualify for $150,00 to $400,000 tax-free.
The following is a list of states where the exposure took place: Alabama, Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and the Marshall Islands (South Pacific) Bikini Atoll, Enewetak Atoll, Johnson Island, and Christmas Island.
